Amendment to exisiting patent
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 4/25/2011
I have a design patent and while making prototypes, I realize that while the design is completely sound, an additional "clip" may be beneficial in mass production. Is it common to realize once a design is patented that a little tweak here or there is necessary?
Do I need to file an additional patent? Is there a way to amend the current patent to include to the additional "clip"?
