An important legal question!

Posted by Anonymous . updated on 2/26/2009
I need to know is there a legal limit to age requirements for an NDA to be binding?  And if so how can I make an NDA with a minor who has just as much legal rights to my concepts due to his knowledge!
ASAP help on this would greatly be appreciated!

This is a matter of the law in your particular state, but
generally speaking, minors can void contracts that are not
for life's essential needs.

Any other comments please! kinda like I need more info please!

Ok look here is my situation:

I am a gamer! I run a clan! I have both adults and minors within my clan! I dont want my minors to be left out of an endevor they were part of in any way, I want them to have what should be rightfully theirs! They worked for it, they earned itm even if it wasnt coinsidered a real job with applications and agreements or securities. I would feel so guilty in my own soul to leave behind some of those who put alot of effort and alot of time behind what they believed in! Is there a fair way to compensate them legally? So they cant be left out is kinda what I am asking!

Deepest respects,

ASO
