Are Ski (indoor resort) Dubai

I am new here, and you are my last hope! I have written a work for university about Ski Dubai and Masdar City. It is nearly done, but now my teacher wants to fail me, because she is not sure whether those two products are patented in the Arabic area or not! I tried just about every online patent search I found, but got nothing. Does anybody have some information concerning this?

I don't think you can patent an entire resort. I know an indoor ski resort already exist in japan so filling the same patent twice is not really possible. I suggest you look for compagnies who worked on the project as they probably have many patents filled for technology used.

The 'IFly Skydiving Centre' new attraction in the Mirdif City Centre mall is due to open in 2009. The new centre is one of the first flight chambers in the world to give members of the public the chance to learn how to fly without wings.

Strategically located on Emirates Road and Tripoli Street along Dubai's Eastern growth corridor, the shopping mall will stretch across 183,400 square meters (GLA) and will be home to some of the most unique entertainment concepts in the Middle East. On completion, Mirdif City Centre will be home to over 430 retail outlets with provision for eight anchor stores, including Carrefour.
