thank you.

what about lisencing it?
it isn't a piece of cardboard you put in a box and sell in a toy store.
who can I offer it to?

Game Manufacturers. But first you need a patent before they'll take you seriously.

the novelty of the game is not in the ball itself, but in the rules of the game and the way it is played.
I was thinking the roialties would come from tickets sold to see this game, or from TV networks when they broadcast it.
so in this case, who can I turn to?

Avi,

Are you looking for advice on patenting your invention or advice on promoting and selling your invention?

The former this board can help with, the latter is best left up to firms that specialize in finding buyers and sellers.

One key point to keep in mind: do not disclose your invention to a company without a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) or (preferably) a patent application on file. Doing so may result in a loss of your invention.

I will search another forum for potential buyers.
