I think we're going to need more information than that.
I'm guessing ebay de-listed an auction of yours. On what grounds? Patent infringement? Trademark infringement? Copyright infringement? (those are all different and have different forums here). Something else?
If you tell us a little more, we might be able to point you in the right direction.

yeah,They suspend my account based Section 9 on ebay,they wanna check my document if it as same as my registertime,The problem is When I registered I use my English name ,But My document (ID card and credit card)show my real name ,except the name discrepancies,The other are all same as the register time,I have explained this to them,but can not get the fail treatmeat from them!the follow is my letter which send to ebay:
You told me that my name discrepancie with the registered
information,the follow is the reason:
my English name is lee sun ,for this pronunciation is very like chinese
name 李三(li xiaosan)， my chinese name is 李小三,please do not confused with
this.this is the culture between the chinese and English.And I hope
this can help for you to restored my account!
I registered with my English name ,but my document show my real name.
Even this you can through the document wiht the address and phone information is mine.For this information as same as my registered time.
And I have completely evidence to show this account is runned by myself(li xiaosan)
A All the information I send to you is as same as the registered time except the my name .(about the name reason I have explain to your company)
B I have my credit month billing there clearly show your company charge the ebay fee
C I can received everyone letter form your company ,this is the letter which only the user can received it.
If this is not enough ,I have not have any idear expect we see at the court!
