China Patent

If I have a US Patent w/Trademark filed with USPTO and want to file in China for Mfg purposes can I use the footprint of the US filled one to apply for a China Patent or does it have to be totally rewritten. If not, what is the estimated cost to file a Patent in China and can a US Attorney do it? Thanks Greg C.

Hello,
