I have a patent pending for which I have asked for a re-examination. Can I file a CIP during this time? If so, how do you charge for your help?

Yes, you can file a CIP during this stage. You can file either Standard continuation or Broadestcontinuation.
Broadest Continuation-in-Part application - $5500+ filing fee – Patent Attorney will review and additional disclosure to strengthen the base concepts. We will perform a search and will file supplemental IDS (information disclosure statement) at the time of filing the application. This will help to overcome all the previous rejections and anticipated rejections based on the prosecution history of the parent case.
Standard Continuation application - $3500+ filing fee
Standard continuation in part will be based on your filed patent application, with additional disclosures/modification given by you.
After filing the CIP, we can narrow the claims of parent application to get that allowed.
