Confidentiality infringement and subsequent Patent application flawed
Posted by . updated on 11/20/2011
A company was formed owned by one of us as collateral as he was providing the funding and 5 of us signed Mutual Non Disclosure and Confidentiality and Invention Agreements to the Company. This was to ensure the testing, concepts and ideas remained in the company. We had as a group been involved with patent attorneys however due to disagreements 2 of the 5 parted.
Unknown to the 3 the 2 have taken ideas and concepts and submitted patent applications in their name. We the 3 would like to contest/suspend the patent until we can resolve the situation. How best do we go about this?
