Copyrighted font and patented idea on my product?

Basically, I've just discovered that my product uses a Font that has been copyrighted, and a bracelet that has a patent on it. I am curious, what are the consequences of selling my product now that i know this?

You can be sued and enjoined from selling it and will have to turn all the profits over, plus attorneys fees. You would be better off licensing it than risk a suit.
