You need to retain local counsel to work with you on a one-to-one basis. He can obtain the information that you need and tailor it to your requirements. The only thing that I can do at this point with no other information, is refer you to the website of the Copyright and Patent offices. You may try that anyway. This is hard to do by yourself since the uninformed may make a mistake quite simply by not knowing how to define something and miss it in the search. You do not want a copyright infringement action brought against you.
