Creating a clothing line
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 2/26/2009
Hello, I have two questions on copyrights and patents on clothing. One, Can I be sued for selling a tank-top t-shirt with my desinger name and logo?
Two, I am an aspiring clothing designer, If I sell jeans with my designer name and logo, would I have to pay someone for selling jeans, being that jeans are already on the market?

If the designer name and logo are "yours", who would sue you? Are they similar to someone else's name and logo?
