Describing a compound in a provisional patent application
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 9/7/2011
I want to file a provisional patent on a simple compound comprising natural ingredients. I am by no means a chemist, I'm hoping to get my idea licensed and the buyer can make the product how they want. My question is, with a provisional patent is it all right just to list the ingredients, or do I have to specify percentages of each ingredient?
