Downloads of my DVD?

I have produced, in Canada, an instructional woodworking dvd. A large American woodworking site wants to add the dvd to it's stable of pay-per-download dvds. They pay a fixed percentage of the dvd's retail value per download. The agreement also gives them the right to post free short "clips" of the dvd for promotion. Any concerns?

In broad strokes, no, no problems. The terms you provided, however, are very general to say the least, and the devil, as they say, is in the details.
I would recommend having an attorney review the terms for you. Only then can you get reasonably reliable advice on your risks.
