Filing through PCT-SAFE: What are the technical challenges

How difficult is it to file using PCT-SAFE? Is this a service Patent Express can do for me? I have my patent draft completed, with drawings and all, but I'm wondering how easy or difficult it is to use their PCT-SAFE editing program to convert everything to XML format (I understand there's a cost-savings to use PCT-SAFE to file electronically vs. the traditional paper application method).

PCT-Safe is definitely easier than the traditional filing method and PatentExpress can do it for you. I believe PatentExpress has not yet posted this service on their website but you can contact their Customer Reps. at 877-794-9511 for a price. The fees if definitely lesser than what you have to pay in paper filing.
