finding out if taglines are taken
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 2/26/2009
Does anyone know a website where you can search to see if your advertising tagline is already trademarked? I know one exists, I just lost the site.
Thanks!

Quote To be clear, TESS will not tell you if a mark is "trademarked", only if it is registered.
The appearance of a registration in TESS does not necessarily mean the mark is unavailable for use and/or registration. Conversely, the absence of a registration on a particular mark does not necessarily mean it is free for use (or registration, for that matter).
