How can I watch cable TV shows if I don't have cable?

My aunt has cable TV and I don't. Every time I go to her house I hog the TV. I don't want to do this, but some of the channels have shows that mentions Disney theme parks like Disneyland and Walt Disney World. I don't want to call my aunt every few days and ask her to tape a show or two for me every time. I'm not getting cable TV until maybe this summer. YouTube doesn't have any of those shows. How can I enjoy watching shows shown on cable TV if I only have local channels?
