How do I make sure that my cousins have the most boring vacation ever when they visit California without me?

Last year, when my cousin was 1 1/2, she visited Southern California. I was scared because Southern CA was home to Disneyland and other popular theme parks. I was afraid that if my cousin went to Disneyland or some other theme park without me, she will have fun while I'm bored out of my mind back home!!!!!!!!! When I told my aunt "Do not go to Disneyland, California Adventure, Magic Mountain, Universal, etc", my mom flipped out on me!. She told me I was being bossy! I was not! I was just jealous that she might get to have fun and not me! If any of my younger cousins are visiting Southern CA without me in the future, how do I tell them not to visit any theme parks without offending people in my family?
