hi my name is johnny . the question i have is if i put in a pantent application two years ago and i had to stop it because i couldnt afford the monthly payments !and now i just want to start this item and since i put in the pantent 2 years ago and at that time i have a pantent number ! so if i start this item and try to advertise it on my own and if someone trys to steal it could i sue them since i have a pantent number will that help in sueing someone in court for trying to steal my
invention ?

hi my name is johnny and my question is that i put in a pantent application 2 years ago and i had to stop the application because i couldnt affrod to continue to pay the monthly payments! so now i want to start this item own my own so if i advertise this item and someone trys to steal it because i started a pantent application and receive a pantent number on my invention is that good enough to sue someone in court ? if i could prove this is my invention without having it fully pantented ? please get back to me asap thank you johnny !
