Infringment
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 1/31/2012
I have put together a kit consisting of two pieces of metal and acompanying hardware. These metal pices are non specific in design but could be, they are to be attached to a comon house hold tool used to move things. There are already in existance, specific tools to move specific things like the ones my kit will help move. Instead of the consumer purchasing a tool specific to move one object or another, my adaptor kit would accomplish the same purpose for a fraction of the cost. Does this idea/kit need a patent seeing it is in itself comon items like bolts, nuts and non speicfic pieces of metal? Are adaptor kits considered an infringment in any way?
