Is a montage and name of a programme being showcased on television patentable?

Hi there,
I’m afraid the montage and the name of a program being showcased on television will not be patentable as they don’t satisfy the criteria for a patentable invention.
The rules governing what is a ‘patentable’ invention vary slightly from one country to another. Generally, aesthetic creations, scientific discoveries without industrial application, things that exist in nature which have been discovered and not really invented, machines that defy the laws of nature, scientific theories and mathematical methods cannot be patented.
In general a patent will be granted for an invention so long as fulfills the following three conditions:
1. Novelty - The matter disclosed in the specification should not be previously published, before the date on which the application for a patent is filed.
2. Non-obviousness - The invention is not obvious to a person skilled in the art in the light of the prior publication/knowledge/ document.
3. Industrial Applicability - Invention should possess utility, so that it can be made or used in an industry.
