Ionized Water Processes
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 9/15/2009
I want to patent a process, is this possible. The process uses electrolyis (ionizing water) but I want to run this process at a specific water source. Can you patent a process like this? Or would I need to add something to the process and patent that addition?

Hi there,
You may choose to do so on the basis of a prior art search. A prior art search may be conducted by yourself using sites such as Google Patents and Free Patents Online, or even the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) free and extensive database.
You can use key terms to your idea to know if there is any invention similar to your idea that has been patented prior to your idea.
You may use key terms such as ionizing ionized water process, specific water source ionization etc...
Hope this helps you,
