Issue fee

I am an independent inventor and I got allowance letter from USPTO. I need to pay issue fee. I am planning to fill forms PTOL-85B and PTO-2038 for paying using a credit card and fax the two pages to the fax-number given PTOL-85B. Is it sufficient or do I need to send any thing else?

Please don’t use those forms. You should use the issue fee form sent in the notice of allowance where you have to fill the applicant details and use form PTO 2038 to pay by credit card and fax it to the number provided in the notice of allowance and issue fee payment form.
