looking for selling patent rights

I am an inventor/ owner of two US patents (6,487,949 Dec 2002 and 6,766, 721, July 2004). These patents are related to an equipment to cut dense rubber bales or such elastic material in regular shape and size units easy to feed to continuous mixing equipments for continuous operation not feasible with large bales. We have built a prototype in 2003 to show to potential prospects. We also have done marketing study and have presented technical papers. We know that equipment can save significant amount of processing cost and broaden raw material selection. If built in commercial quality, it can be sold to ink and adhesive manufacturers, rubber processors, and to thermoplastic elastomer compounders.
I seek to sell patent rights or to license these two patents.
