losing patent rights
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 6/11/2011
I invent a device and I applied for a PCT Application in 2006 , but I have exceeded the time limit for entering the national phase , and I tried to reinstate the rights of me with my national office but I couldn’t .The question is : could any company or person to manufacture my device and begin marketing and selling it without my permission and agreement ? , and how could the inventor to keep his intellectual property rights if he has exceeded the time limit for entering the national phase in case of the Contracting States didn’t agree to reinstate the rights of the applicant according to their national laws ?
