missed provisional deadline by 9 minutes
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 9/16/2010
Down to the wire. I would have made my EFS filing in time but not all the fonts were embedded. By the time the error was fixed and the .pdf uploaded, the time stamp was "00:09:17" for a receipt date of 9-17-2010. Is my priority claiming back to 9-16-2010 forfeited for 9 minutes? Also, I'm in Central Time and where I reside the time was just after 11pm today, 9-16-2010.
