HELLO I HAVE A PROVISONAL PATENT IF I TALK TO SOMEBODY ON THE INTERNET WITH THAT PATENT AM I SAFE WITH OUT THE DISCLOSURE

You say you Have a provisional patent already, this in fact protects you when you disclose your invention, as you can say that the patent is pending. However do keep a track of your filing date as within a period of exactly one year you would need to convert your provisional patent to a utility application else, it will go abandoned and you would have to begin the process all over again.
But if you have not got yourself a provisional patent and instead are just thinking about getting yourself one and wish to disclose the invention any where whether net or in person, you would be setting up your disclosure to work against you as prior art at the time of filing for patent rights to your invention.
