If I was to take a mechanical arcade game, like a claw/crane game in which you can win prizes, and made an equivalent software version, name and look put aside, put it on the internet and made money, is this going to get me in trouble? Obviously the games principle are very similar, but can you patent that? How much would have to be changed?
