We have a US patent for a Plant
Cordyline Southern Splendour (UK spelling)
USPP19,102 P2
A CPVO decision has ruled against the issue of a European Plant Variety Protection on the basis that we have not conclusively proven our right to the lineage of ownership – They are wrong but that’s what the objector based the objection on
The Question
Is there a procedure the objector can use to try and overturn the US patent issued in 2008
