Any guideline for Paper II, its study material??

If it is for Indian Patent Exam, you may obtain question papers from official website and what a complete specification comprises and what are its content, that information you may get from USPTO, WIPO and freepatent websites but the content needs to formated as per Indian requiremetns and order
