Patent filing assistance

Hi,
I’m looking for an agent or attorney to assist me with for a reasonable price.
Let me briefly explain to you the idea. They created a software program that being incorporated with a job seeking web sites allows a job seeker to request references from his/her former employers. The program uses a special security means and will definitely certify that the person and employers are real and the references are true and accurate. This will save time and efforts for employers and hiring managers to identify and check the references of a job candidate. The program is ready to use and they test it now. Also, they are making a description, charts, and claims for the patent application. We are registering a USA LLC in Seattle, WA which will hold the patent. The only LLC’s owner is the inventor of the program and the main person who’s running the business. The product will start to be marketed in USA and Russia simultaneously. But the only patent holder will be the American LLC which will provide the rights to use the patent to Russian companies. I think about filing an international patent in both USA and Russia.
So now I would like to find out if you can assist me with the filing the patent and trade mark applications in the US, what are the ways of doing so, what is your price, and so on.
