Patent Inquiry

we have a patent for a small appliance. We are under contract with a big co. to make, sell , endorse and market this appliance. We are also under a purchase and sale agreement to sell this patent and its assets to a 3rd party. If the big co. does not keep up their end of the contract does the 3rd parties purchase and sale become a breach of contract?

Your question is not clear. If you're asking if the third party can get out of the contranct if the big co. doesn't perform under another contract, then it would depend on the terms of the contract. Feel free to contact me regarding this.
