Patent law and foreclosure; foreclosing on a patent
Posted by . updated on 7/19/2002
Through foreclosure, can one become the owner of a patent? In other words, is it possible to foreclose on a patent? I heard searched for days on this topic and have been unable to find any relevant caselaw and/or statute(s). I am open to looking at any jurisdiction--whether it may Michigan state/federal or other jurisdictions. I appreciate your help. Thank you.
