patent pending infringmant

I have a patent pending non provisional utility child potty training concept published at uspto. My filing date is 6/09/08.At this time there are many companys infringing on my product toys r us just to name one my claims tottally cover the scope of idea and one company had an abstract on there web site almost exactlly as my abstract is published how would i began negotiations with these companys to avoid infringmant suit against them.
