PCT: USA national phase for non US residents

Hello.
I have finished the PCT international phase, and I would like to start the USA national phase as elected country.
As I am an European Union resident:
- Can I do all the process trough the USPTO Electronic Filling System?
- If so, would I need any kind of digital signature
- Do a need a domestic representative?
Could Patentexpress offer any kind of help with this?

Hi ,
You will have 30 months from the date of filling the PCT application to file National Phase in the US.
Moreover non US citizens can file National Phase in the USPTO. You can file it electronically using registered e-fillers or unregistered e-fillers.You will need digital signatures only for the registered e-fillers which is the secure system to file the application.
You will require domestic representation which Patentexpress can assist you with.
