Well, I'm not an attorney, and I'm not necessarily looking to help. ?I did look over your website (futurevisionaries.com - or at least Google's cache of it), and your most recent (I believe) trademark registration (serial no ?? ? ?76511652). ?At the very least it appears to me you have some misconceptions related to trademark law. ?

For starters, its unclear that you currently have any trademark rights whatsoever related to the name/word "future." ?One difference between you and the various parties that are supposedly opposing your registration is that those opposing your registration likely already have established trademark rights whereas you do not. If you have a case here its likely against your "former attorney" - did he encourage you to pay extra to file your trademark registration in every single international class, because it would then reserve for you trademark rights in each of those classes?

EDIT - I have found some of your many other trademark filings and see that some of them show use in commerce.  But do realize that the use in commerce is what establishes trademark rights, not trademark registration, which can simply enhance established trademark rights.
