Please my patent and trademarks

I want to sell one patent and three trademarks guaranteed by Japan Patent Bureau. From my long experience,they bear
big money especilly in Japan market of foods.
Off course, in foreign countries, it may be possible. Because they have key words RICE,SOY,HEALTH. They are as follows.
1:patent for making carbonated amazake(rice fermented sweet
drink).
2:trademarks
2-1:(KOMEPIS)for lactic fermented rice drink.KOME means rice.
2-2:(YOUGURT MADE OF RICE)
2-3:(FIBRE MISO)dietary fibre containing miso.
If you believe me (detail explanation possible by mail),
please invest me. There are many ways of investment.
For ex. buy them and produce ,sell in Japan,
by giving me money as a cordinator and a detector and so on.
