post my work on a third party website
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 2/26/2009
What kind of agreement is required when company specialized in audits is willing to give its reports to a website owner who will post the audit reports in order to sell them to third parties and share half of the profits with the company who made the audit?
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

You need an agreement that covers exactly what you just said, namely, that Party A will provide the audits, Party B will sell them and share the proceeds as outlined. There are a lot of details and legal considerations to include, but there's no magic "type" of agreement you need.
By all means, discuss this directly with an attorney.
