Priority rights in claiming a patent

What are the adbantage and disadvantage of the priority rights in the US and European law?

Not sure exactly what you mean, but in the US, priority goes to the first to invent (at least for now), while in the EU, and the rest of the world, priority is to the first inventor to file.
