If my provisional patent expires on 10/8/2009, do I have time to turn this into an actual patent application through your system?

Hi there,
It is unclear by the date you mention whether your provisional shall expire on October 8th 2009 or August 10th 2009.
We can help you further should you let us know the exact date your Provisional Patent Application expires on.
Do mail us at customer.service@patentexpress.com or call us at (877)-794-9511 Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
