br> species 1: claim 1 to 10 (claim 1 is independent claim) claim 1 is A+B species 2: claim 11 to 20 (claim 11 is independent claim ) claim 11 is C+D
Examiner think there two species in the claims of the application, in this case could I response in the following way: elect claim 1 to 10 and amend claim 11 amended claim 11 is A+B+C+D.
could I response in the above way?
