Re: A Patent pending through a firm that no longer exists

Posted by Anonymous . updated on 9/7/2009
I have a Patent pending since 2005 with no results, or updates from the Attorney assigned...a lot of invested $$ and no word as to the status---4 years? Have they absconded with my invested? It was PTI which folded in 2007, with judgement from the FTC. Please direct me to further inquiry. Joel Johnson, Inventor.
