This is the third time in the past 2.5 weeks that this question has been asked. Please look at the previous discussions. They have recipe in the title.

A patent is not as important as understanding what the invention is and the SCOPE of protection a patent my provide in terms of the inventors needs. Patent a usually easy to get. Good protection is another thing that may be able to be examined before spending big bucks on limited hopes. M. Arthur Auslander. aus@auslander.com

I think Mr. Frozen_Out definitely overstepped the bounds of polite propriety by insisting on flogging his log too much. I am "only" a newbie but thought it was appropriate that Mr. A. be requested to remove his reclama banner following his Guest comments. It is a free country...between all the totalitarianism everywhere ... and I mostly don't want to step on Mr. A's toes or anyones' toes...but Mr. A. just goes too far. Ned Newbie

Bah, it's like a business card. I do not find Mr. Auslander's notice any more annoying than the Ads by Google at the top of the page.
And as it stands, this is an Intellectual Property forum, under which attorneys and clients may find each other. So it does serve a purpose.
Now, if his text were blinking or something akin to "Punch the Monkey" I might agree...
