Posted by Anonymous . updated on 2/26/2009
Can you guys recommend some good books on how to draft an IP licensing agreements? e.g. how to draft the clauses in patent licensing agreement, trademark licensing agreement and copyright licensing agreement, and what are the essential points to be paid attention to in such an agreement.
Thanks in advance.
