registering my name, and signature mark
Posted by Anonymous . updated on 8/30/2011
Thanks, I am a Glass Artist that is trying very hard to move into social network marketing. And I am just in the elementary phases of this. My works signature name is IZABELLA ART GLASS which is created but not registered I also sign each piece with my first initial which is V. and somewhere on my art piece I put a small sterling silver IGUANA. I would like to protect my work from being copied with the same name and symbol. How do I go about doing this? Can it be done? and what would the cost be to do this. Thank you
