Trade Secret

A patent owner is looking for a company interested in investing in his patented product. He is however not willing to provide an exclusivity nor any contract to any of his representative, arguing that those representative have to secure their deal with the investing party.
As a representative, I do find a potential investor, but the company obviously refuses to sign a NDA. I do not attempt to ask for a funder fee, but would rather go for some tiny % of the new company created to develop the product.
Question: except trying to convince one/both of the parties to secure my position, what can I legally do to be able to introduce the parties to each other, without risking to be bypassed ?
