Ultimate Disney World Vacation

Last time I went to Disney World, I only went to the 4 theme parks and hung out at my resort hotel on my last day there. Next time I visit Disney World, not only do I want to visit all 4 theme parks again, I also want to visit the 2 water parks (Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon), Downtown Disney, make fake Disney YES programs, visit every resort hotel, go on the trail ride at Fort Wilderness, play tennis and volleyball, go on Disney Cruise Line, go to every pool at the resorts (including Storm Along Bay), go to every game room, get a massage at the Grand Floridian, tape my own segments for the Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade, tape POVs for every ride at the parks (except for select rides), and buy all the Disney World vehicles and playsets (Here's an example of a playset I want: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51kUIMLYNqL.jpg). I also want to visit Universal Studios resort, Seaworld, and Old Town Kissimmee. To do all that in one vacation, how long will it take me and how much will it cost? How do I get started? I don't even KNOW when I'm going to return to Disney World. Any help would be appreciated.
