We are going to discuss what to do if patent laws differ from country to country where you wish to protect your invention. What you do in that instance is comply with the laws of each country. You need to make sure that you have a proper counsel in each country or, if you are doing it yourself, research the law in each country to make sure the application conforms to the laws of a particular country.
